1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 99x04 website and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and 99x04 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

1.1 Contractual Capacity

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You further confirm that your use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

1.2 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 99x04 Platform is intended exclusively for adult players. You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain an account:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal recreational purposes only.
• You are not a person who has previously been excluded from the Platform by 99x04 or who has requested self-exclusion.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party or a business entity.
• You have not previously had an account closed by 99x04 due to a breach of these Terms.

2.1 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 99x04 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or legally available outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from restricted territories do so at their own risk and may have their accounts closed without notice.

2.2 Age Verification

99x04 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify a player's age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the required timeframe will result in account suspension until the verification is completed.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on the 99x04 Platform, you are required to create a personal account. Registration is free of charge and subject to the following conditions.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is strictly permitted to hold only one active 99x04 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 99x04 will close the duplicate accounts, consolidate or forfeit associated balances at its discretion, and may permanently ban the player from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you notify us immediately of unauthorised access via [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, 99x04 is required to complete a KYC verification of your account. You will be asked to submit a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC reviews are typically completed within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation.

3.5 Account Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account information current and accurate. Any changes to your name, contact details, or payment method information must be submitted to our support team for verification before the changes take effect. 99x04 is not responsible for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated account information.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 99x04 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We support a range of locally relevant payment methods to ensure convenient and fast access to your funds.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to a person other than the registered 99x04 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account flagged for review.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering measure. Winnings may only be withdrawn after the player has completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. 99x04 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

4.4 Transaction Limits

Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. 4.5 Currency & Exchange

All balances on 99x04 are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in BDT. 99x04 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

99x04 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as these general bonus conditions.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• 99x04 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, or through the creation of multiple accounts, will be void and forfeited.

5.2 Seasonal & Event Promotions

99x04 periodically offers enhanced promotions during major sporting events such as the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, and T20 World Cup, as well as during Bangladeshi cultural events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and time limits as communicated at the time of each offer.

5.3 Promotional Abuse

Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonuses — including through low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or through coordinated play with other accounts — will have their bonuses voided, winnings cancelled, and account reviewed for suspension. 99x04's determination on bonus abuse is final.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the 99x04 Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by our game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The integrity and fairness of these games are independently verified by the respective providers.

6.1 Game Rules

Each game on the Platform has its own set of rules, paytable, and return-to-player (RTP) rate, which are accessible within the individual game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. Bets placed will be considered final once confirmed by the Platform system.

6.2 Betting on Sporting Events

For sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), odds are set at the time of bet placement. 99x04 reserves the right to suspend, void, or cancel any sports betting market in the event of a technical error, match abandonment, or other unforeseen circumstance. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or interruption during a game session, 99x04 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the player's position to the state immediately before the malfunction occurred. Where this is not technically possible, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.4 Disconnections

99x04 is not responsible for game session interruptions caused by your internet connection, device performance, or power supply. If a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's logic, and the result will stand.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 99x04 Platform. Violation of any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the Platform.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false name or impersonating another individual.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one 99x04 account.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games or poker-format titles.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a payment chargeback after funds have been deposited and used for gambling.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds to generate winnings that would not otherwise be possible.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained from illegal activity.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate communication with 99x04 staff or other players.
• Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to access the Platform after a self-exclusion request or account ban has been applied.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 99x04 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any remaining balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering obligations exist on bonus funds.

8.2 Closure by 99x04

99x04 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has been found to be under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour has been identified.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires the closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion. To initiate self-exclusion, contact our support team via live chat or email. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, login access will be suspended, and the player will not receive any promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or betting activity). Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100, deducted from the account balance, once the dormancy period has been reached. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fees are applied. Where the account balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99x04 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from a technical error or Platform malfunction.
• Interruption of service, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Decisions made by the player while under the influence of substances or in a compromised state of judgement.
• Any content, products, or services accessible via third-party links (note: 99x04 does not include third-party links on its Platform).

9.1 Service Availability

99x04 strives to maintain 24/7 availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. 99x04 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

9.2 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

By using the 99x04 Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss, that the outcome of all games is determined by chance or sporting results beyond the control of 99x04, and that you participate entirely at your own risk. 99x04 strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means.

10. Amendments to These Terms

99x04 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-Platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any amended version of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.1 Governing Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between the English text and any translated version, the English version shall be the authoritative and binding version.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
